Publisher Description

Service Management Software for the professional service business such as Electronics, TV Repair, Appliance Service, Rental Industries, and many other types of service businesses. Since it's release over 30 years ago, the CDA Service Manager software has become the service software of choice for over 3,300 users across the country. The Modular design can be tailored to work for any size business.

CDA Mobile is a true mobile, cloud based application that will give your road technicians full control of all their jobs without the need to access your CDA server. All jobs for any day are always at your fingertips. All edits made by technicians, including adding or ordering parts, are automatically posted in real-time to the jobs on your server. Inventory control, including trackable parts, is maintained as well. Any changes made in the desktop version of CDA will be synced to the mobile version in real-time.

The need for taking pictures is becoming a standard routine for technicians and the time required to process, send, and attach these files to work orders has become an added expense for all service centers. Now, with CDA Mobile, you can put that job and all the expense behind you. It's as easy as snapping the photo and pressing the send button. CDA Mobile will process the file and attach it directly to your work order on your CDA server in real-time. It doesn't get any easer than that!

Version History What's New:

- iOS 26 Liquid Glass Updates

- iWallet Integration, will open the installed app and pre-fill amount and claim number. If the iWallet app is not installed and they have an active key, it will prompt to install the app.

- GPS Tracking, with support for technician to select what days and times he wants to be tracked. Also shows current status of the location permission and when the last location is sent. If permission is anything other then Always they will get an information button that tells them exactly what to change the settings to and a button to Open Settings that takes them right to the app settings.

- Urgent Claims, will show every 5 minutes when visiting the schedule or every time the refresh button is hit if there is an urgent claim.

- Added Refresh Button When Changing Sales Tax

- Added Better Offline Use:
- All claims on the current selected date on the schedule (or any date selected thereafter) will be pre cached, once they are pre cached, they can all be opened and viewed offline.
- You will be able to view claim and schedule information but not save.
- You will be able to view Important Comments, and then a message will display about offline comments.
- You can add a comment offline, it is then queued to upload later. Comments will always try to upload when the schedule is refreshed.
- In Settings, there are now two buttons and information that displays how many attachments and comments are in the queue to be uploaded and a button to upload them.

- Added Analytics so we know what features customers are using.

- Technician Commissions Report

- Parts Receiving Process

- Stripe Integration on Take Payment Page (Stripe Publishable API Key will need to be added to Database)

- Unsaved Change Protection

- On my way notification is now sending the text messages in the API instead of on device. Messages get scheduled and sent out as soon as the web service loops through scheduled messages so we don't put the load into main API. All messages are sent in less then a minute of initial API call. 2.0 5d ago Bug Fix for Canadian Payments 1.1.14 03/31/2022 Introducing Mobile Part Receiving 1.1.13 10/25/2021 Added New Part Receiving Process for Receiving Parts in the Field 1.1.12 10/16/2021 - New Commissions Report (Under Settings)
